Poster Printing Service

The convenience of having your printed poster waiting for you to pick up at the meeting is available to you.  Satisfaction is guaranteed! 

The Poster Printing Service is now available. To access the service, please use the following directions:

• Log on to http://fhq.asco.org/gi2012
  Username and password: This is your ASCO.org information. If you are not an ASCO member, or do not have your login information, please select "Obtain my log on information" and enter the e-mail associated with your abstract to have it sent to that account.
• Once you reach the homepage, select "My Presentation" from the left-hand toolbar, then select the Session in which your poster will be presented
• Select "Print Poster" from the left-hand toolbar

PowerPoint^® templates are available at no-cost to help you build your poster, or you may upload your own single-page PowerPoint^®, image, or PDF poster file.  Enjoy the convenience of this fully guaranteed production service, with delivery directly to the poster hall. To avoid late fees, upload your poster file by January 12, 2012 (11:00 AM EST). Final deadline is January 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM EST  (rush charges apply). Once your poster is ready, simply complete your order and submit your poster file for printing.

Virtual Meeting Display Information:
As an added convenience, your uploaded poster will be automatically sent to the Virtual Meeting, the most comprehensive collection of oncology-related multimedia lectures available on the Web.  If you choose to utilize the poster printing service and do not want your poster to be included in this collection, please contact GISymposium@asco.org by January 19, 2012.

  Thursday, January 19th: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Friday, January 20th: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Saturday, January 21st: 9:00am - 1:00 pm
